Refund policy

Order Return, Replacement and Cancellation

• You can replace or return and cancel eligible items through your orders if damaged, defective, or wrong item sold and delivered by KYAMSTORE.
• If the item is ordered, you have 30 minutes after placing the order to make any cancellation.
• Upon cancellation of order a refund of amount will be processed within 14 days and any incurring banking charges are levied on to customer through deduction in credit amount.
• Items sold and delivered with perfect product description are not eligible for return or cancellation.

You can replace your item if it meets the following criteria.

• Shipped to a delivery address within respective country of order placed.
• Not an Add-On item
• Wasn't purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions).
